Equipment protected from information leakage through technical channels

Modern material and technical base, a high level of scientific and technical state and many years of experience in the development, manufacture and service of equipment protected from information leakage through technical channels of:

electronic computing machines ECM-P (workstations (ECM-PO), servers (ECM P1), monoblocks (ECM-PM)
information computers and devices of self-propelled objects (system blocks, servers, monitors, uninterruptible power supplies, etc.), resistant to mechanical and climatic influences in accordance with group 1.7 of UHL GOST V 20.39.304;
other network and telecommunication equipment.

ECM-P are serially manufactured in accordance with technical specifications TU U 26.2-21670779-007: 2012 and are designed to protect information from unauthorized access or leakage through technical channels and to work with information resources. Work with documents that contain information with limited access, including those with a stamp “T”, “CT”, “OV”. They can be completed with a printer, scanner, multifunctional device, uninterruptible power supply, etc. and be used at facilities where information with limited access is circulated in the form of acoustic signals.

all computers have the stated characteristics immediately after their assembly;
quality system ISO 9001;
a network of branches throughout Ukraine provides prompt support service.

The following technical channels of information leakage are closed:

due to stray electromagnetic radiation;
on the primary power supply network;
through the channels of the local information network, departing from the computer;
due to acoustic and electrical transformations;
due to interference on power cables, communications, alarms and foreign equipment;
through technical means that are possibly embedded in components (“radio bookmarks”);
due to unauthorized access.

Design and production features of protected computers:

the system block is assembled in a shielding case;
the design and production technology of the shielding housing ensure the reduction of radiation in a wide frequency range. Radio seals are installed on covers and doors. Electrical inputs and outputs are filtered to reduce radiation leakage through the cables of the monitor, keyboard, peripheral equipment, etc. Special coatings and fastenings of structural elements make them insensitive to the action of acoustic signals. Measures have been taken to stabilize temperature regimes;
completion of the monitor protection – installation of additional screens, radio seals and protective metallized glass or metal transparent micron mesh. Filters are installed at the power supply input and interface cables;
the internal processor or the structure as a whole is shielded in the keyboard, and filters are installed on the interface cable;
cables with double shielding are being finalized or specially manufactured;
optical cables of the local information network are used, radiation through them is excluded;
elements that absorb electromagnetic radiation are widely used;
protection of peripheral devices is carried out by filtering the interface signals and shielding.

Each product is subject to a set of special tests in its own shielded chamber of “IT-integrator” LLC for compliance with the regulatory and technical documents of the State Service of Special Communication of Ukraine with the provision of a protocol and recommendations for placement and installation.

Compliance of ECM-P with the requirements for technical protection of information and information resources, which are established by law, is confirmed by valid expert opinions registered with the Administration of the State Service of Special Communication of Ukraine.

Special permission No.DODTL2-2018-145 dated November 23, 2018 for the implementation of activities related to classified information.

Availability of certificates of the Bureau of International Certification for the quality management system DSTU ISO 9001:2015, information security management system ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and environmental management DSTU ISO 14001:2015.
